(60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay; L33086): Light orange. Leesy, smoke-tinged aromas of tangerine and white peach, plus hints of dried flowers and ginger. Big and rich but lively too, with ripe red berry and candied citrus fruit flavors complemented by a suggestion of buttered toast. Finishes supple and broad, with a restrained sweetness and lingering warmth.

This wine is soft and on the sweet end of the Brut spectrum. It is packed with red fruits, but its light on the acidity and finishes with a gentle ripe aftertaste. It would be delicious as an apéritif Champagne.
