CK Mondavi Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Pale straw in appearance. A bouquet of lemon blossom, guava and green apple. The palate is a stylish balance of citrus and exotic fruit. Soft notes of nectarine, and lemon blossom ebb into guava, key lime pie, kiwi and Granny Smith apple. This light bodied wine has a crisp finish with lingering notes of fresh fruit. Pairs well with oysters, gazpacho, roasted beet salad, fresh vegetables, and seafood. It can also accompany Thai inspirations and spicy sushi rolls and wraps. Fresh goat, gouda, and feta cheeses all pair well with this wine.
