Concentrated, perfectly ripe black cherry is spiced with the wine's signature star anise and framed by fine, chalky tannins that unfold into richness on the palate. Mouthwatering freshness sustains the dance of fruit and minerality through a lingering finish.

Spiced (mostly red) fruits, flowers, and baking spice notes define the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, a medium-bodied, very soft, supple, and front end-loaded effort with a nicely balanced, charming mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a good finish. Based on 86% Cabernet Sauvignon complemented with Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc, it was aged 20 months in French oak, 25% new. It's upfront and ready to go. Drink 2025-2030.
