The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon La Storia is a slightly transparent deep ruby red and is aromatic of pencil shavings, redcurrant, and tobacco. Full-bodied and lifted with ripe tannins, it has good freshness, and although it has a modest finish, it's clean and well done. Drink it over the next 5-6 years, although I would prefer to drink this young.
