Our Pinot Grigio is grown in select California vineyards, where chilly ocean breezes produce grapes with balanced taste and concentrated flavors. Pale straw with a slightly golden tint in appearance. Aromas of pear, green apple, figs, and honeysuckle. Lively, zesty, and refreshing flavors of green apple, Asian pear, lemon-citrus with a soft mid-palate and notes of grapefruit on the finish. Pairs well with smoked salmon, tuna, citrus sauces, seafood, poultry, and pork.
