The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon Cigar Box Old Vine from Maipo spent 18 months in French barrels. Violet in the glass. The nose offers notes of herb and black currant and hints of cherry and pyrazine over a bed of wood. Straightforwardly juicy in the mouth with a relaxed palate; the flow is a little compact.
