From vineyards in La Morra and Castiglione Falletto, the 2017 Barolo was aged for 22 months in French oak and 8 months in concrete before resting in bottle. Fresh, ripe aromas of red cherry, rose petal, and orange peel. Lead to a wine with open structure and notes of dried raspberry, peach pit, and black tea. Lovely and approachable, it is ready for drinking now. Enjoy 2021-2032.

Rose hip, cherry, eucalyptus and licorice flavors denote this broad, yet dry red. Rustic tannins line the finish with an astringent feel. Best from 2023 through 2035. 2,000 cases made, 1,000 cases imported. - BS
